Redeeming your certificate is easy! Select the tour and date of your choice on our Calendar. Enter your gift certificate code – found on the back of your hard copy certificate or in the electronic version – into the box labeled Discount Code/ Gift Certificate as you register. The box is located even before you enter the number of people or name. Continue the registration process until you get to a confirmation screen.
Older gift certificates will need to be redeemed through Taste Carolina’s website, not through the link in your electronic copy.
All gift certificate codes purchased prior to November of 2020 will need an additional entry of SGC- (including the dash) before the code, for example SGC-56789.
If your gift certificate was purchased before November, 2013, codes must be entered separately in multiple transactions.
If you are registering for a tour that is at a higher price point that what was purchased for you, you will be prompted to pay a difference.
Gift certificates act as cash and can be redeemed for any scheduled tour. They cannot be refunded or traded in for cash, goods, gifts, including Taste Carolina gift boxes, or stand alone restaurant meals.
