1. What tours do I lead? Wilmington!
2. Why I love leading tours? I love leading tours because I love all aspects of cooking, eating, drinking and have fun! I also really enjoy the constant opportunity to introduce new people to my town, my culture and my passions!
3. Favorite food/drink? My favorite foods are oysters, scallops, and salted dark chocolate. My favorite drinks are Lodi ZinFandel and a border mule, which is the tequila variation of the ever popular Moscow mule.

Hi, my name is Bree Peterson-Resnick. I have lived in Wilmington NC since I was 9 years old and have worked in the food and beverage industry since I was 15 years old. I completed culinary school at Cape Fear Community College and since then have worked in almost every facet of food there is: from waiting tables, bartending, and cooking, to catering, managing, and even owning my own bakery & bar. I now hold the positions of sous chef and pastry chef at Live Oak Bank for my full time job, and I lead food tours in my spare time because it fits in with everything I love: eating, drinking, talking and making new friends!
