Learn the basics of crafting classic cocktails from Shannon Healy at Alley Twenty Six, a craft cocktail bar located in downtown Durham, NC. The one hour class will demonstrate the three different classic cocktail techniques: 1) stirred, 2) shaken and strained, and 3) shaken and poured.
